- Email updates at every stage: We email you automatically when your payment is confirmed, when your case reaches the doctor, and when your written response or video-call link is ready — so you always know where your order stands.
- Reference / ticket number: Each paid order is issued a unique reference number (shown on screen and in your confirmation email) that you can quote when contacting us to track your order.

7. Failed or Delayed Delivery
